WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TREATMENT: PRESSURE LEVELS

Lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic compression to support circulation and fluid movement throughout the body. Pressure is measured in mmHg (millimeters of mercury) - the higher the number, the firmer the compression. It’s important to know that higher pressure isn’t always better. The right level depends on your comfort, experience, and wellness goals.
