  • What are the hours for each Massage Heights retreat?
    All retreats are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm, Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.
  • How can I book a massage session?
    Please call your closest retreat to book a massage. Click the following link to find a list of all our locations. https://www.massageheights.ca/locations
  • When I book a massage, what can I expect upon arrival?
    Massage Heights is committed to providing a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Upon arriving for your appointment, all first-time guests will be required to complete a full intake form; to be used by your therapist to gauge, plan, and track your massage treatment/s. All returning guests will be checked in and their therapist will be notified of their arrival. As your appointment time approaches, your therapist will greet you in the front lobby and accompany you to your treatment room, where you can communicate your treatment needs and concerns to your therapist. I.e., any trouble areas that you would like focused on, preferred pressure, additional modalities, etc. Your therapist will then leave the room, allowing you sufficient time to undress to a level in which you are comfortable and cozy into the covers of the massage table. When your therapist returns, they will alert you by knocking and asking if you are ready; please respond as clearly as possible. If you require more time, please do not hesitate to communicate such.
  • If I needed to cancel a massage booking, how do I do this?
    Massage Heights asks for 24 hours notice to cancel the massage appointment. Please call the retreat you booked with to cancel a massage booking.
  • What is massage therapy and what are the benefits?
    Massage therapy is a muscle manipulation technique that helps to increase blood flow within the body which boasts various benefits, including but not limited to, Reduced muscle tension Improved circulation Stimulation of the lymphatic system Reduction of stress hormones Relaxation Increased joint mobility and flexibility Improved skin tone Improved recovery of soft tissue injuries
  • Does Massage Heights accept benefits or insurance?
    Massage Heights does not currently offer direct billing options. However, all Massage Heights locations only employ trained and registered therapists. After each session, a receipt including the name of your MT, date, association number, and the total cost, will be sent to your on-file email address. With this receipt, you can claim your massage session through benefits or insurance providers.
  • How long are massage sessions at Massage Heights?
    Sessions are booked for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Guests can select their session length at the time of scheduling. Please Note: Each massage session will include approximately 10 minutes for dressing, undressing, and client-therapist communication.
  • What services are available at Massage Heights?
    Each massage session is catered to your specific needs and requests. Services offered at Massage Heights range from deep tissue, to prenatal, to couples massage. Please visit our massage page (https://www.massageheights.ca/massages) for a complete list of services.
  • How does a Massage Heights program work?
    Even though we do welcome and provide services to non-members at all our locations, Massage Heights is primarily a program-based company. All guests are welcome to visit Massage Heights to ensure it’s the correct fit. After your initial introductory session, if you would like to learn more about investing in a program plan, any of our front desk staff can assist you. Overall, our programs consist of a single monthly charge that equates to one massage session. After each monthly program payment is processed, a massage credit will be applied to your account, which can be used at any Massage Heights retreat at any time for as long as your program remains active. Massage programs begin at $89.99 per month!
  • What is an Elevation?
    Elevations are a common term at Massage Heights; they refer to the add-on services available for every massage session. These add-on services include: Focused Neck Tension Relief, Hot Stone Therapy, Dynamic Cupping, and our Revitalizing Foot Scrub.
