Massage Heights will be opening June 12th, 2020. It was recently announced that businesses who could comply with the sanitization and social distancing guidelines could once again accept appointments. Massage Heights is happy to annouce that all policies have been updated in accordance with the provincial and federal governement, and we are committed to having therapy sessions on June 12th 2020.
As a company we understand the need and want for massage services. Front desk employees are being onboarded before the offical re-open date. Expect a call or text in the coming days! We want to see you!
At this time, online booking has been turned off for most retreats (Check out the locations page for a full list). This was done to ensure Massage Heights retreats are able to follow the guidlines and policies set forth by the provincial government and Alberta massage therapy governing bodies. We apologize for any inconvenicne this may cause and look forward to once again offering the online booking resource in the near future.
Yes. As of August 1st 2020, Massage Heights has implemented a mandatory mask rule. This rule applies for all guests and employees. When in the lobby, hallways, or treatment room we do ask all persons to wear a mask or facial covering. (If for medical reasons you are un-able to wear a mask, please let the front desk team know. You will not be denied service, however to ensure the safety and well-being of both employees and guests certain precautions will be made).
After 3 months of mandated closure, Massage Heights has decided to expand the hours for all Alberta Massage Heights locations. Starting June 12th 2020: Monday-Friday: 8am-9pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, Sunday, 9am-6pm.
All Massage Heights programs will be swtiched to active on June 15th 2020. Your program payments will begin as outlined in your program agreement. This will be done automatically, and does not require any contact with your Massage Heights retreat. All guests will be contacted ahead of your payment date to ensure you are notified of the options available to you during this time.
Massage Heights is taking every step possible to assist our employees during this time. We have continued all health benefit plans, offered financial assistance and have been in constant contact with our teams. When we can open our doors, we will have everyone back with normal schedules.
All massage therapy credits that may have expired while Massage Heights was closed (March 20th - June 12) will be extended automatically. The extension offered will be a maximum of 3 months, and cannot be extended past September 12th 2020.
