After the date of March 18th 2020 Massage Heights created an option for guests to either freeze program payments, or continue program payments while locations were closed. As of April 23rd 2020, Massage Heights has decided to pause all program payments until businesses in Alberta can re-open, and guests can begin to schedule appointments.
Email is the best way to communicate with us during our temporary closure. For any questions, concerns or requests please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Massage Heights representative will monitor this email 7 days a week. We will aslo be updating our website and social media on a consistant basis - check back regularly for updates.
Yes, all credits will be available for use when we are open! We will be extending all pre-paid packages, and usage dates for cancelled programs. We will notify all members with a re-open date so you can schedule your much needed treatment!
We have been monitoring the situation closley and will provide a firm date when health officials say it is safe to do so. Massage Heights will be issuing updates via social media, Google, email and the MassageHeights.ca website. For now, the health and wellness of our guests and employees is our number one prioity. Stay safe, stay home, and stay healthy.

Massage Heights is taking every step possible to assist our employees during this time. We have continued all health benefit plans, offered financial assistance and have been in constant contact with our teams. When we can open our doors, we will have everyone back with normal schedules.
