Frequently Asked Questions - COVID-19

Please see below for a list of frequently asked questions - we have been updating the questions during our temporary closure. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

1What is happening with all memberships during the closure of all retreats?

Massage Heights is temporaily closed for the safety of our guests and employees. All payments will continue to process and credits will be added to your account available for use when we are open. If you wish to freeze your program, please reach out to contact@massageheights.ca with your name, phone number and home location. All revenue collected through membership payments is being offered in the form of interest free loans to our employees to help anyone in need during this time. Please see our Letter to Guests for more infomration.

2How do I communicate with Massage Heights when all retreats are closed?

Email is the best way to communicate with us during our temporary closure. For any questions, concerns or requests please reach out to contact@massageheights.ca. A Massage Heights representative will monitor this email 7 days a week. We will aslo be updating our website and social media on a consistant basis - check back regularly for updates.

3If I have un-used sessions that have already been paid for, do they remain on my account for future use?

Yes, all credits will be available for use when we are open! We will be extending all pre-paid packages, and usage dates for cancelled programs. We will notify all members with a re-open date so you can schedule your much needed treatment!

4How long is Massage Heights expected to be closed for?

We have been monitoring the situation closley and will provide a firm date when health officials say it is safe to do so. Massage Heights will be issuing updates via social media, Google, email and the MassageHeights.ca website. For now, the health and wellness of our guests and employees is our number one prioity. Stay safe, stay home, and stay healthy.

5If I need an insurance receipt from the past, how can I get a copy?

You can reach out contact@massageheights.ca. For ease of communication, please include your request, name, phone number and home retreat.

6What are the hours of operation?

The contact email will be monitoired 7 days a week. All Massage Heights locations are temporarily closed and all phones are unmonitored.

7What is happening to Massage Heights employees?

Massage Heights is taking every step possible to assist our employees during this time. We have continued all health benefit plans, offered financial assistance and have been in constant contact with our teams. When we can open our doors, we will have everyone back with normal schedules.
