Anabel has been with us at Massage Heights as a Massage Therapist for seven years. She completed her schooling at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy (PIMT) and graduated in 2014. In 2016 she attended the Turner Institute to upgrade her credentials. Although proficient in a variety of treatment areas, she specializes in hand and sciatic problems.

Anabel enjoys being able to help and motivate people to look after themselves through the use of massage therapy treatment and loves that her job enables her to do so regularly.

Edith attended Makami College in Calgary. Her goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage. She is passionate about helping heal people inside and out. Edith believes self-care is a MUST in today’s busy world and that regular body and energy work are the key to living up to your fullest potential. “Massage can be beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a caring, knowledgeable therapist.”

During her off time, Edith enjoys dancing, running, walking, cleaning her house and spending time with her daughter. Dancing and walking have also always been two very big passions for Edith.
