Amy is a 2200 hr Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Advanced Massage Therapy program at CDI College North in Edmonton.
Amy has always had an interest in helping people, and although massage was not her initial career choice; she feels the universe has pushed her onto a path that has given her purpose and meaning. Amy likes to further develop her craft through referring back to her books and other resources in order to better suit the needs of her guests.
In her spare time she loves to spend time with her children, cook, read, paint and has recently picked up sewing.

Huda completed the 2200 hour clinical Massage Therapy diploma at CDI College to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Huda has always had a love for helping others especially when it comes to being able to live a pain free life and just overall stress from our everyday lives. She also loves to learn and grow and continue to use new techniques to help out with everyone’s needs.

When not working Huda loves spending time with friends and family and making memories through travelling. When the weather is nice her favourite thing to do is rollerblading and going on walks outside.

Jessica graduated from Grant MacEwan University 2200-hour massage therapy program. She loved learning about how the body works and how to use this knowledge to make a difference for others. Especially for managing headache/migraines, jaw conditions, soft tissue injuries and nerve impingement conditions as she has experience in managing these conditions for herself. Jessica loves to mix therapeutic massage techniques with relaxing swedish massage so everyone gets the best of both worlds; a relaxing treatment with therapeutic results.

Jessica’s skill set and experience has led her to become a Massage Heights Edmonton region trainer and the lead therapist at the Mayfield Common location. When she is not with clients she teaches and mentors fellow massage therapists.

Laina Dube completed the 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma at Makami College to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Her will to learn, compassion for others, and overall love for helping people reach their pain-free, healthy living goals drove her pursuit to become a Massage Therapist.
​
Outside work Laina enjoys traveling, baking, eating, gardening, nature, reading, gospel music, socializing, watching educational documentaries and movies, and learning cultural diversity.

Meredith De Vera

Meredith graduated from MaKami College, where she completed her 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program. Through her family and her own injuries, she’s grown fond of the therapeutic aspect of massage therapy.
​
Meredith has learned many ways to manage and treat different types of conditions from her friends, family, and clients. She enjoys seeing progress and a smile on her clients face when they come in for a session, as well as letting her know how much range of motion or day to day life has improved since their last session with her. Every time she comes into work, she sees it as a new opportunity to practice different types of techniques to help provide a better service for her clients. Her favorite types of sessions are therapeutic sessions where she gets to work on head, neck, and shoulders due to chronic MVA pain or headaches.
