Don grew up in southern China where it is hot and humid in the summertime. Whenever Don suffered from heat stroke, his father would give him a massage; this sparked his fascination with massage at a young age. In May 2019 Don completed the 2200-hr Therapeutic Massage program from the MH Vicars Massage School and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the MTAA. Don joined Massage Heights in August of 2019, and has been “really enjoying this job”. “I am very happy when I am able to help my clients”.
Don has been practicing Tai Chi for nearly 30 years; he attributes much of his health and inner peace to this practice.

Erin completed her schooling at The Canadian institute of traditional Chinese Medicine. There she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage Therapy. She was drawn to holistic medicine and healing after completing a fine arts degree at the Alberta University of the Arts in painting. She practices massage in a holistic way by integrating western and eastern medicine in healing and preventative measures. From western medicine, she draws from orthopaedic assessment of posture and myofascial release. From eastern medicine she use Tuina massage and acupressure techniques to stimulate Qi to promote balance and harmony in the body. Finding balance can be difficult especially when in pain or stressed out. Some of the things Erin does to keep balance in her life and clear her mind include painting, camping, cooking and regular massage.

Chris graduated from Mount Royal University's Massage Therapy diploma program in 2020. For him, massage seemed like a great way of helping people on an interpersonal basis. This aligned nicely with his passion for helping people grow through martial arts. Chris has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for close to nine years and has seen it positively impact the lives of innumerable people. He wanted to do the same through massage, helping others to continue living their best lives. Chris always strives to develop treatment plans which best suits his client's needs. It is important to Chris that his client's are being heard and have their needs addressed. He looks forward to working with you in the future!

Gillian enjoys the interactive aspect of her job; she pursued a career in massage because she was able to meet and help so many people. She also appreciates building a connection with her clients, as she feels she can learn a lot from them.

Min Cai is a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and graduated from East West College in 2021. He obtained a massage therapy diploma and certificates in Dynamic Cupping, Assisted Stretches, Stone Therapy and Foot Reflexology.
With the 2200 hours of professional training in Calgary and 3-year clinical experience in China, Min Cai is an expert in neuromuscular and hot stone massage, and effectively integrates myofascial release, deep tissue, hot stone, trigger points, acupressure and meridian techniques into specific treatment.
