Bev has been working as a Massage Therapist in Calgary for 20+ years and is still loving it. Massage is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues; Bev says, “when these tissues are tired, they cry out for help.” She believes that everyone should have massages to help them cope with the ups and downs in life.
Of all the techniques, Bev prefers to do a nice Relaxation massage; however, most of her clients see her for deep tissue massages. Essentially she can cater massage treatments to the needs of a young child to that of a wrestler. Bev often likes to combine modalities such as reflexology, decompression, lymphatic drainage, foot scrubs, hot stone therapy, and face massage to her sessions to help her clients relax. She also believes in stretching to finish off a massage session and always encourages water intake to help with detoxing.
Bev also comes highly recommended for pregnant clients; some call her ‘The baby whisperer’
