Anabel has been with us at Massage Heights as a Massage Therapist for seven years. She completed her schooling at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy (PIMT) and graduated in 2014. In 2016 she attended the Turner Institute to upgrade her credentials. Although proficient in a variety of treatment areas, she specializes in hand and sciatic problems.
Anabel enjoys being able to help and motivate people to look after themselves through the use of massage therapy treatment and loves that her job enables her to do so regularly.

Emma Rose Lontoc is a 2,200-hr Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Makami College in April 2019. Emma specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage with a focus on trigger points. Her treatments also incorporated myofascial release and assisted stretching. Emma is also certified in hot stone therapy and dynamic cupping. She is very passionate about what she does and loves meeting and working with guests to improve their health through massage.
Emma’s goal for every session or treatment plan is to help guests feel relaxed. At the same time, she works to reduce pain, muscle tension, and stiffness by relieving points of tension, overall stress and improving their flexibility and range of motion.

Rochelle was a Registered Nurse back home in the Philippines before becoming an RMT here in Canada. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage, shoulder issues such as frozen shoulder, neck problems, and lower back pain. Rochelle is happy when her clients are satisfied with their treatment results.
