Brianne attended the Massage Therapy 2200 Hour Diploma Program through Mount Royal University from September 2010 to June 2012. A career in massage therapy chose her. She always loved the anatomy and biology of the human body, so this career path was intriguing. Brianne loves to provide relaxing and therapeutic massages and incorporates gentle stretching where needed, offering a deeper muscular relaxation without using large amounts of pressure. Her true love of massage is providing massage for new and expecting mothers; the female body endures so much during pregnancy. As a mother herself, she can sympathize with the muscle changes that occur through all stages of pregnancy and post-pregnancy. From Relaxing sore, achy muscles to providing at-home stretches, massage is very beneficial for both new and expecting mothers adjusting to their changing bodies.

Nate pursued a career in Massage Therapy because of a personal experience while competing in an extreme sporting event (Red Bull Crashed Ice) in Montreal.
“Within a 30-minute treatment, I went from being extremely tense, uncomfortable with a diminished ability to breathe properly, to feeling better than I had in weeks and ready to tackle my event!”
The benefits that massage can offer when proper knowledge and attention to detail are applied to each body region is just one thing Nate loves about his profession.
Aside from massage therapy, Nate enjoys a minimalistic, experience-based lifestyle filled with long road trips, hiking, and camping. DIY projects take up a lot of his spare time as well, and sorry Albertans, he’s a Leaf’s fan.
